This year is flying by, is it time already to be putting thought into your Halloween costume?! There are two types of people in this world when it comes to decorating and costumes, those who search then ends of the earth to find the best ideas and plan, and those who wait the day before to bring something together. Whatever your style there is no need to spend a large amount of money.

Number one on the list for this year is the Teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtles. Take your pick from Donatello (purple), Michaelangelo (orange), Leonardo (blue), or Raphael (red). Choose a color cloth for the eyewear, green and brown attire, and cardboard to be create the shell. On the other end of the spectrum, the classic witch never seems to go out of style. Not much effort for a little black dress and heels the possibilities are endless between a sweet witch or an old hag.

Can’t forget about the kids as well. Dress up little girls as Cabage Patch Kids with the help of yearn for hair and makeup for rosy cheeks. You can never go wrong with dressing up little boys as pirates with old tattered clothing, boots and an eye patch of course! Recent out of the box trends have been cast costumes from favorite shows, favorite drinks or a classic with a modern twist like cowboys and Indians.

If dressing up or decorations are not your thing, opt for a local fall festival with plenty of fun, food, candy, and games with friends and family. Either way, handmade and creative ideas are always eye catchers and are sure to impress!
